SHIPPING
Online orders are processed Monday through Friday AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays. Production times are specified at time of purchase and start the first business day after the purchase.
Once your item is shipped you will receive an email notification providing a tracking number so that you can monitor your shipment.
Please ensure the shipping details provided at checkout are correct, as DANCKERT STUDIOS will not be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Our shipping providers are trusted services and as such DANCKERT STUDIOS will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.
FOR ADDRESSES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Australia Post Express Service with signature on delivery for orders over $100
Delivers within 1-3 business days depending on location. Shipping is complimentary on all orders in Australia.
Australia Post Regular Service for orders under $100
FOR ADDRESSES OVERSEAS
DHL Express Service with signature on delivery for Fine Jewellery Items.
Delivers within 5-10 business days pending customs. All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes. Prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes that may incur.
Standard Australia Post International Shipping with signature on delivery for all non fine jewellery orders.
RETURNS
Products purchased from our online store are all bespoke. We do not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchase.
Our studio will gladly repair genuine DANCKERT STUDIOS products purchased through our online store for a repair fee if out of the six month warranty. Please contact Customer Care here to lodge a repair.
